Careful planning and thorough execution are key to any successful project, whether it’s building skyscrapers or rolling out complex software. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Project Management program is designed to give students a solid grasp of both business and project management. Within this program, students will learn about project management skills such as project planning, managing risks, budgeting, leading teams, and negotiating. By the end of the program, students will possess business strategy knowledge and practical project management skills, preparing them to excel in today’s global market.

Select 15 credits from any Baker College undergraduate level courses Business Electives
Select 15 hours of Business Elective credit. We strongly recommend you select Business Elective courses from the following list. In addition, you may choose any other ACC, BUS, FIN, HRM, MGT, MKT, OPM, SCM or SPM courses as an elective. Course prerequisites must be fulfilled. If a course in this Business Elective list is required in your program, it MUST be taken as a REQUIRED course and you must choose another Business Elective.
