Marketing 4+1 BBA/MBA

Not only is marketing a very fast-growing industry, but it’s also a career that poses many unique challenges and allows you to use a lot of different skills on the job. Our 4+1 BBA/MBA Marketing program helps you learn the skills you need to start building or enhancing a marketing career. Our classes are led by marketing professionals who have years of experience working in the industry.

  • This 4+1 program provides an exciting pathway for you to gain a BBA marketing degree and an MBA degree in five years.
  • Through a combination of online learning and hands-on experience, you’ll be able to learn all about the principles of marketing and sales, as well as the business concepts and technical skills you’ll need to help you reach your career goals.
  • By the time you complete this program, you’ll have the skills and education it takes to gain employment or advance your career in marketing management, promotional strategy, retail merchandising, market research and sales management.
  • The Marketing 4+1 BBA/MBA program at Baker College is accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

MBA - Major - 9 Hours


Assuming a student will choose the MBA Business Administration Major, upon completing a BBA Marketing degree, he/she will need to complete the following courses to receive an MBA degree. Students will have the option of choosing another major upon admission into the MBA Program. If so, the academic plan will change accordingly.

Electives - 15 Credits

BBA Hours for Graduation - 120; MBA Hours for Graduation - 36 Hours; Total Hours for Graduation - 141 (Note: 15 credits are counted toward both the BBA degree and the MBA degree in this 4+1 program.)
