NUR 3710 - Nursing Concepts III Credits: 5 Lecture: 45 Lab: 0
This course is designed to deepen students’ understanding of chronic health conditions and their management within a nursing context. Through a blend of theoretical instruction and practical application, students explore the pathophysiology, pharmacology, and nursing interventions associated with the care of individuals with chronic diseases. This course emphasizes the development of advancing assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and evidence-based strategies to effectively care for individuals living with chronic conditions across the lifespan. This course is comprised of 45 hours of theory instruction and 90 hours of clinical experience.
