This course offers an in-depth development of the complex legal challenges and critical social issues faced by professionals in sports and esports management. Drawing from real-world cases and current events, students will engage in critical dialogues surrounding a diverse array of topics such as contracts and intellectual property to inclusivity, ethics, and society. In this course, students will have a deep understanding of both legal frameworks and social considerations that impact these industries.
