The Computed Tomography (CT) Program is a 22-week, 14-credit curriculum designed to prepare students for a career in CT imaging. Offered in Summer and Spring, it combines online didactic learning (90 hours of lectures, assignments, and live sessions) with hands-on clinical rotations (36 hours/week, totaling 600 clinical hours).
Students complete 125 CT competencies to qualify for the ARRT certification exam. The program begins with a mandatory hospital orientation and concludes with a comprehensive boards review. Applicants must hold an active ARRT certification and complete all coursework and clinical requirements. This program also meets ASRT structured education requirements, equipping graduates to advance in medical imaging and enhance patient care.
