Students in this program study the foundational theories and practices within the field of psychology, with a specific focus on the theories and practices within industrial organizational (I/O) psychology. Students will complete both the undergraduate and graduate degree over the course of 4 years. Within that time, students will have an opportunity to complete an internship where they will engage in appropriate application of I/O psychology knowledge, values, and skills.

Psychology/Industrial-Organizational Psychology 3+1 Major - 63 Hours
General Education Requirements - 30 Hours
Electives - 27 Hours
Select 27 credits from any Baker College undergraduate-level courses. The following PSY electives are recommended, but not required: Psychology Program Electives
MSIOP Requirements - 18 Hours
BS Psychology Hours for Graduation - 120; MSIOP Hours for Graduation - 33; Total Hours for Graduation - 138 (Note: 15 credits are counted toward both the BS degree and the MS degree in this 3+1 program.)
