Students in this program study the foundational theories and practices within the field of psychology, with a specific focus on the theories and practices within industrial organizational (IO) psychology. Students will complete both the undergraduate and graduate degree over the course of 5 years. Within that time, students will have an opportunity to complete an internship where they will engage in appropriate application of IO psychology knowledge, values, and skills.

Psychology Program Electives - 12 Hours
Select 12 credits from the following: MSIOP Requirements - 21 Hours
Electives - 15 Hours
Select 15 credits from any Baker College undergraduate level courses BS Psychology Hours for Graduation - 120; MSIOP Hours for Graduation - 21; Total Hours for Graduation - 141
