Nursing - Accelerated, Pre-licensure, BS

Program Status: Professional Program Application (formerly limited enrollment)

Program requirements include the following:
Baccalaureate Degree from a regionally accredited university or college

  • Overall admission GPA a minimum of B- (2.7)
  • Successful completion of BIO 1210 BIO 1211 BIO 1220 BIO 1221 BIO 2150  with a minimum of a B- (2.7)
  • A cumulative GPA of B- (2.7) is required in order to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Baker College.
  • A minimum grade of a B- (2.7) in all Nursing (NUR) courses is required.
  • A minimum grade of C (2.0) is required for general education courses.

Bachelor Degree - 32 Credits


Prerequisite Courses - 26 Hours


Prerequisite courses must be completed prior to applying to the program.
(students who seek licensure from another state may need to take a Microbiology Lab)

Semester Hours Required for Graduation - 120
