This course provides a comprehensive exploration of instructional strategies and methods tailored for nursing education. Students will examine various teaching strategies and instructional methods, including traditional, online, hybrid, and clinical settings. Emphasizing adult learning theory, the course will explore how to effectively engage and educate adult learners. Additionally, the integration of AI and emerging technologies will be discussed, with a focus on their application in enhancing instructional delivery and student learning experiences. Practical applications will be a key component, with opportunities to develop strategies for both in-person and virtual environments, as well as clinical settings where hands-on teaching is crucial. Student will complete 45 practice hours (1 credit). 3 Semester Hours.
