This course focuses on techniques for gathering and effectively analyzing HIM data, incorporating performance improvement tools to help students develop skills to diagnose and solve performance problems in the workplace. Other topics will include performance improvement models, setting standards, developing and communicating indicators, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Must complete with a B- or better.
