Specific topics include: financial statement analysis, discounted cash flows involving the time value of money, valuation and structure of debt and equity capital both long- and short-term, working capital management, capital budgeting and the risk-return relationship. All topics covered include the application and ethical implication on the decision-making role of financial managers in business organizations.
