Students will examine practices required to lead organizations with highly diverse workforces distributed across international, cultural, and regional boundaries. Students will systematically investigate the latest ideas emerging from both the world of practice and leadership research to identify best practices in the ever changing and dynamic workplace of the 21st Century.
